Subsequently, he held the position of Engineering Manager at Ibox Energy (currently integrated into Coxabengoa), where he managed the engineering of solar and storage project portfolios in Spain and several LATAM countries, reaching a ready-to-build status of over 2 GW.
Francisco has extensive experience in managing construction and commissioning projects around health and safety in South Africa (Solar Tower), Israel (Combined Cycle Power Plant) and Spain (Parabolic Dish Collector in several projects). In addition, he is responsible for health and safety management in Western Europe and Israel for KNAUF GMBH.
His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Granada, Spain, and a master’s degree in health & safety from the Spanish Ministry of Labour and Employment. He has extensive experience in managing health and safety for major projects in the construction, mechanical installation, electrical and industrial sectors for various companies.

He has extensive experience in utility-scale projects (over 100 MW) for solar technologies (PV and parabolic trough) with leading companies such as Sener, Abengoa, and Elmya.

Eulogio has worked with large corporations such as Prodiel, Acciona, and Bouygues, where he established procurement departments from scratch and optimized logistics for multiple 300 MW projects. With a background in procurement and logistics management, he has successfully managed national and international projects in the US, Colombia, Italy, Chile, France, Ecuador, and Mexico.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Tobias serves as Global Director of Greening’s EPC division, bringing over 13 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. He joined Greening Group in 2019. Trained as a Civil Engineer and holds a degree in Economics, he started his career in Germany, where he honed his expertise in Procurement and Logistics in companies such as Berner Group and Riese & Müller. His leadership experience extends internationally, having previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer of the Assyce Group in Spain and General Manager of Assyce’s Asian division.
Procurement Process and Strategy Manager for SOLTEC in North America. Holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Autonomous University of the State of Hidalgo. With over a decade of experience in procurement and operations for major companies in the industrial and renewable energy sectors, including TRINA SOLAR, ALDESA, and ABENGOA.
Possessing a strong background in procurement, operations, and project control, he has successfully led contract negotiations, supplier management, and logistics for numerous large-scale energy projects across North America and Latin America.
