Whistleblower Channel

Greening Group makes this Whistleblower Channel available to all persons who make up the Group (among others, its employees, managers, directors and persons related to them) as well as those who collaborate and/or have relations of any kind with the Group (including, but not limited to, its customers, suppliers, business partners, third parties and/or any other collaborators who provide services to the Group and/or with whom it has commercial and/or similar relations) and, in general, to all those who may become aware of any action or omission that may involve an irregularity, third parties and/or any other collaborators who provide services to the Group and/or with whom it has commercial and/or similar relationships), and in general of all those who may have knowledge of any action or omission that entails an irregularity, illegality or that goes against the legal framework in force, the Code of Ethics and Conduct and/or the Group’s internal policies and regulations.

Greening Group guarantees confidentiality and respect for anonymity, so you may report information either by identifying yourself or anonymously. However, we recommend that you provide as much information as possible related to the facts reported (documents, invoices, recordings, photographs, reports, videos, voice recordings, etc.).

The person in charge of the Greening Group’s whistleblowing channel will inform the informant of the status of the complaint through the section (Consultation of the complaint) and will even request further information if necessary for the investigation of the facts.

Greening Group assures the Reporting Person and any collaborators that no retaliation will be taken against them for making a report or cooperating with the investigation and that the provisions of the Group’s Whistleblowing Channel Policy will be complied with.

The Whistleblower may use any other External Whistleblowing Channel for the submission of reports in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable regulations.
